Letter to Arden Gunderson from a Charley O'Neill, 1948

Letter to Arden Gunderson from a Charley O'Neill, likely regarding Arden's trucking company, September 29, 1948. Arden owned a trucking company for a while with another gentleman (name not known at this time).  Minneapolis, Minnesota, St. Peter, Minnesota.

PFC Harlan Danielson, Dawson, Minnesota, 1948

These are photos from PFC Harlan Danielson's funeral in Dawson, Minnesota. Harlan was born in Dawson, MN and was KIA in WWII. This service took place August 20, 1948. At the bottom is his memorial card and his application for a military headstone. We are sharing these for several reasons, the first being to not forgot Harlan and his service, the second being there are many people in the photos from Dawson and surrounding areas- he had family (aunts, cousins, uncles, etc.) in Clarkfield. The names listed on his memorial card are: Rev. H. E. Everson, Melvin Vick, Waldo Holmquist, Everett Dahl, Virgil Jacobson, Art Engholm, Raymond Rock, Verniw Pearson, Conrad Hofseth, John Fjoseide, Randolph Thompson, Harry Sather, Ruben Vane, James Bakken, Robert Holmquist, Albert Westby, Douglas Miller, Dewey Thompson, Keith Nelson, Russell Danielson, Elwood Throndrud.

Relatives from Germany...

These are letters from our relatives in Germany. We do not know much about them or if they are still alive. We know they are related to William Henry "Bill" Decker (1877-1934)  Waltham, Minnesota. He was born in Bochum, Germany. They are his nieces from what the letters say. He had one brother and two sisters that remained in Germany. We are unsure of their names. There is a good possibility Manfred Spaeth or Helene's children are still alive.
The names on the letters are:
Paul and Helene Storch
Elfriede and Hans
Margarete and Manfred Spaeth

Places listed on letters: Bochum, Friedrichsburg 21 or 24, Westfalen, Waschow, Lebenstedt, Stahlstrasse 88, Braunschweig, Wolfenbuttel, Westring, Br. Zone
