These are photos we acquired from a family friend, Donna den Boer, who was a veterinarian in Minneapolis, MN most of her life. These photos, however, were taken when she lived in California. The dates on the photos range from October and November 1973 to November 1974. We have no clue who the others in the photos are. We believe these are from her time at the Marion Davies Clinic in Los Angeles, California.
Donna would often tell stories about her times at the U of MN and being the only female in her class. She never turned an animal away. Donna did not marry, have children, or siblings (she was an only child raised by her father and grandparents)- her life was dedicated to animals. Why are we talking so much about her?
