This is a book of our grandpa's from his Army days in WWII. Mostly contains addresses and phone numbers.

The last year of our grandfather's life, he told a story about how he was going with a Lily Mae Lovstedt and they had planned on moving to California. One night he met our grandma in the local bar, she became pregnant, and back in those days you married if that situation happened. They went on to live a long, loving life together with kids, grand-kids, and great-grandkids. After our grandfather's death, we found this address book with Lily's name in it.

Went to Camp Callan Calif. in the A. 9.9. 

Stayed 17 weeks there and then when to Fort Bliss Texas. 

Stayed there 4 months, and then ship over-seas and land in England June 13, 1944

Left England and then land in France Sept 10, 1944. 

Join First Division Sept 25, 1944 by Aachen, Germany.
